We are happy to work with you on custom sizes. Please feel free to contact us concerning your specific needs.
Paper
Below is a description of our most popular papers. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding the various kinds of paper, or if you would like to learn more about some of the other materials we are able to print on, such as rice paper and ceramic tile. We are always interested in creative ideas!
- Lustre Paper
For high-quality images this is the standard. It has a semi-gloss finish and a "lustre" surface. Lustre papers have a very subtle texture that resembles a tight-grain orange peel. This surface makes these prints resistant to fingerprints, especially important if you display your print without glass.
- Watercolor Paper
Our giclée prints are created from high-resolution drum scans and printed on archival watercolor paper using only soy-based inks. With a resolution of 1800 dots per square inch, these prints render deep, saturated colors and have a beautiful painterly quality that retains minute details and subtle tints and tonalities that can't be obtained through any other process. These environmentaly safe, museum quality prints are unquestionably the finest available.
Glass
Our prints are available with either regular glass, or Nature View glass. Nature View reduces glare and is advisable if your print will be displayed in a place that receives direct sunlight.
Frames
We have many choices of frames available for you to choose from.
Matting
We mat our prints in eggshell white, as we feel this best displays and complements our images. Should you desire a particular color of matting, please give us a call, as we are happy to work with your specific needs. All mats are 3 inches on all sides. As a rule, when measuring your space for the print, please be sure to allow approximately 4 inches per side for matting and framing. |
